A 30-day Psalms prayer journal for women who want to pray Scripture in their own words, starting today.

You don't need a year-long commitment to start praying the Psalms. You need one verse, one question, and a few honest lines. That's every page of this journal.

30 Days in the Psalms is a first taste of The Psalms Project Prayer Journal. Each day centers on one ESV verse with a reflection question and a guided A.C.T.S. prayer (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication). Use the written prompts or write your own. Lined space follows every prompt, with pages in the back for prayer requests and answered prayers.
