Orders

Can I add something else or edit my order after it’s been placed?
No, once an order is placed, items cannot be added to it. The order would have to be cancelled, and you would have to submit a new order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you cancel your order within 24 hours. 

Can I send a note with my order?
Yes, please add a note at checkout, and a note will be attached to your order.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone?
Yes, please add a note at checkout, and the receipt will not be included in the order. 

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can order a giftcard here.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. 

Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies.

What is typical shipping time?

Our current processing time is 3–4 business days, with an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. We do our best to ensure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible. 

Sometimes an order may take longer for delivery. If it has been 2 or more weeks and you have not yet received your package, please email us at rachel@mercycreates.com and include your name and the order number in the subject line.

At this current time, we are not offering any refunds. However, we want to make you happy and feel confident with your piece. Please send an email to rachel@mercycreates.com with your name and order number in the subject line, and we’ll work together to make sure you have what you need! 

I receive an item damaged… what should I do?

Please send an email with a picture of the damaged item to rachel@mercycreates.com with your name and order number in the subject line, and we’ll be happy to replace your item.

This piece doesn’t match my home decor like I though… can I exchange it?

At this current time, we are not offering any exchanges. However, we want to make you happy and feel confident with your piece. Please send an email to rachel@mercycreates.com with your name and order number in the subject line, and we’ll work together to make sure you have what you need!

Artwork

Do you have a piece of THIS VERSE?

Please use the search bar to find a specific reference or verse, and if that verse is not on a piece, I’d be happy to talk to you about creating artwork with your specific vision.

Where do you do your printing? Who do you print through?

Artwork and products (with the exception of books) are created and printed in-house. 

Original artwork is scanned, color corrected, then printed several times for accuracy. Because I have a degree in graphic design and experience in color correcting and printing, you can be assured that your print will be 98–100% accurate to the original.

What kind of paper do you use?

Most artwork is painted on Arches or Strathmore paper. 

Because I have a degree in graphic design and experience in color correcting and printing, paper is selected from a variety of vendors, so the paper enhances the beauty and integrity of the project. 

What type of brushes/paints/etc. do you use?

Do you currently offer private lessons?

At this current time, I am not offering private lessons or classes. Watercolor Foundations is a 6-module class that eliminates the intimidation of watercolor painting and teaches you the foundations of watercolor.

Do you offer payment plans? 

Yes, please send me a message, and we can talk through a payment schedule.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Based on the quantity, a discount can be applied to your order. Please send me a message before you place an order to go over numbers.

Do you wholesale/offer wholesale pricing?

Can I pick your brain about art/technique/business/etc.?

Absolutely! Please send me an email, and we can communicate meeting times and my rate for your consultation session.
